In a significant effort to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, electrical and mechanical engineering students from Gulf University, accompanied by their professors, visited Ameeri Industries (AMETECH) on 20th of March 2025. The visit, organized as part of the university’s ongoing commitment to enhance student learning, allowed participants to gain valuable insights into the real-world workings of a leading industrial facility.
The students were welcomed by the Ameeri Industries (AMETECH) management team, who provided a comprehensive tour of the factory, showcasing the advanced technologies and innovative engineering processes utilized in production. Students observed the integration of automation and sustainable practices that define modern manufacturing, while also participating in discussions on the challenges and solutions found within the industry.
The visit included interactive sessions where students engaged with engineers at AMETECH, asking questions about the roles of electrical and mechanical systems in production.
