Integration Engineer for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

Candidates must ensure the seamless physical, mechanical, electrical, software integration of treatment processes.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc/B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering. A degree for senior process integration roles.
  • 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in wastewater treatment operation, site installation, and plant commissioning.

Core Technical Competencies

  •  Ability to read/interpret P&IDs, oversee and coordinate with various contractors for plant integration.
  •  Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools, CAD, and automation systems like SCADA or DCS (Distributed Control Systems) for plant integration.
  •  Deep understanding of biochemical treatment stages, including aerobic/anaerobic digestion, nutrient removal, and sludge management.
  •  Strong knowledge of water discharge standards and international environmental compliance guidelines.

Safety & Site Management

  • Valid Health & Safety qualifications such as [IOSH] or [NEBOSH] International General Certificate (optional)
  • Experience enforcing QA/QC protocols specifically mapped out for complex water infrastructure projects. (optional)
